2021 - 2022 State Tournament Bid Process

Bids are for 2 years (A one year bid may be considered)

In your application, Please be specific as to the Age group you are bidding on.

 

 

 

In order for the state committee to objectively decide on a site, we have put together the attached two page “Bid Form”.  The bid form asks basic questions about both your facility and staff

 

We understand that all sites may not have all of the amenities we discuss. We ask you to truthfully answer each question as well as explain any of the items you may need to on the separate sheet attached.

 

The form is designed to collect the same information from all bidding sites.

 

While a lack of any one particular item might not eliminate you from hosting, the state committee will look at the overall proposal.

 

Bids are due back to David Greenleaf BY May 21ST 2020

 

The State committee will discuss and award the sites at their June Meeting
