"Waivers" (Formerly known as Releases)    

     While American Legion Baseball believes very strongly in young men playing for the teams where at least one of their parents or legal guardians live, waivers are available on a limited basis to expand their opportunities to play in our program.

The GM or Coach of the program releasing a player must follow the National Rule 3 and Connecticut state additional rules under Connecticut rule 3.

ALL WAIVER REQUESTS SIGNED BY THE WAIVING TEAM

• MUST GO TO CHUCK BERRY 
• MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED FORM 76 (LINK TO THE FORM 76), 
• SIGNED BY THE WAVING TEAM MANAGER 
• SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO CHUCK BERRY BY THE WAIVING TEAM.
